Paella, Spain’s iconic dish, shares a tradition with our Fire Kettles: both bring friends and family together around open flames. From its roots in coastal Valencia, this rice dish was originally cooked over open fire to infuse a smoky flavor. Developed with Chef Katie Button, the Rig integrates a paella pan onto our Classic Grill, giving precise heat control for perfect socarrat.
