Spearmint Leaf Tea (Bagged)

This tea is made with our premium quality Organic Spearmint Leaf, and makes a cool, refreshing tea, with a minty-fresh flavor. Spearmint is a soothing herb, and may aid with stomach and gastrointestinal discomfort. It tastes great both hot and iced, and both sweetened and unsweetened. Overall, spearmint makes a great addition to any diet.Ingredients: Spearmint Leaf  Caffeine-Free!  All of our tea bags are made with unbleached tea filter paper. Each tea bag is approximately 2.5 inches by 2.5 inches with no string and no tag. Bring water just to rolling boil (200-212 degrees F). Steep for 3-5 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more tea bags rather than more time, as steeping too long can result in a bitter tea.
