Lord of the Rings being one of them.  Ent-draught (pronounced draft), in the Lord of the Rings novels, is the main source of nourishment for the Ents.  The Ents are shepherds of the trees, & take care of the forest. They are very "tree-like" beings, & find themselves changing to look like the species of trees that they look after. They are large & powerful, and do not allow for disrespect of the forest.  Inspired by this, I formulated our Ent-draught fungi chai to offer support to all systems of the body with conks, roots, barks, seeds, buds, fruits and more.
