Moon and stars enamel pendant

For the fall, I am celebrating the ocean by casting my view to the skies.  The moon is the feminine energy of nature and controls the tides.  My moon and stars pieces showcase a glowing golden moon with a dappled night ski, complete with twinkly silver stars. This piece has been a textured copper base with transparent golden enamel fired on top.  A fine silver cloisonné wire separates the moon and night sky.  Two silver foil stars are fired under several layers of clear enamel.  The piece is then ground and re-fired to be smooth and glossy.  The pendant is 1 1/8" in diameter. Pendant comes with a black waxed cotton cord 16 - 18" in length with lobster clasp and extension chain.
