Herbes de Provence (France) Handcrafted Spice Blend All-Natural, Organic, Vegan, Fair-Trade   Herbes de Provence are a blend of herbs gathered from the hillsides in the south of France. Collected during the summer months, this blend invigorates the romantic, fresh notes of a French summer. Our blend is an authentic family recipe that combines flavors including thyme, rosemary, oregano, and mint. While not a part of the traditional recipe, we also add a touch lavender to the mix. We find the lavender adds to the complexity of the flavor profile, and it makes the mixture more exotic. This delicate blend compliments any Mediterranean dish, can be mixed with olive oil and spread on meat or fish, can be made into a salad dressing or mixed into vegetables before roasting.We are happy to accommodate orders greater than 4 ounces.
