Brazil Cerrado

Medium Roast Natural Process Brazil Cerrado is a mild cup of coffee that features notes of almonds and syrup, with a dark chocolate/cocoa aftertaste.  It's creamy with a solid body and perfectly balanced.  Cerrado is a region in the state of Minas Gerais, the largest coffee-producing state in Brazil.  The coffee is grown in rich soil that the natives calls “Terra Roxa” or “Red Earth”.  Factors such as the soil, consistent rains, high daytime temperatures, and dry winters combine to make the Cerrado region ideal for producing coffee.
