The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current—the inaudible whisper of nature you’ll hear once you’ve uncorked a bottle. The wine is dealcoholized under vacuum at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, color and flavor.  TASTING NOTES Noughty Blanc has a wonderfully pronounced citrus, blossom and yellow apple aroma, with a hint of honeysuckle and jasmine. The palate is clean and elegant, with a mouthful of green apple flavors that are well balanced with a vibrant bright acidity and a medium dry finish.
