This Grouper is a large flake fish that features a sweet and mild flavor during its cooking process. This lean fish is very easy to cook and is difficult to dry-out. The filet can either be broiled or pan-fried after seasoning then set atop a bed of basmati rice or pilaf. Preferred Cooking Method: Second City Prime's preferred cooking method for the Caribbean Grouper Fillet is to pan-sear it until the edges are lightly browned and then transfer to the oven and let it bake to finish it off. Preferred Cooking Time: Pan-sear the fillets for 3-4 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. Then, transfer to the oven and bake at 425 degrees fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes.
