The two-toned 14k white and yellow gold bezel and case are beautifully engraved with scroll patterns. The barrel-shaped case measures 30.1 x 31.1 mm. The beige dial shows a light patina, Arabic numerals, dot and stick minute marks with luminous hands. The minute hand is syringe-shaped and the hour hand is spade-shaped. The dial also features a sub second hand with Arabic numerals and a stick indice. All hands are blued steel. This manual-wind Elgin wristwatch features a grade 485, size 4/0s, 7 jewel movement. Grade 485 was the first grade to use the 4/0s size. The movement serial number is 32284053 and the case reference number is 8305152 (written inside of the case back and on the case).
