HAMILTON Railroad Pocket Watch Grade 940 21 Jewels Today, we are presenting one of the Hamilton's RR watches, a Hamilton Railroad pocket watch dated from 1905. It is a high-quality mechanical pocket watch Hamilton grade 940, 21 jewel movement, 18s, model 1, adjusted in temperature and 5 positions. Made in U.S.A. The 940 is a lever set watch, so you pull out a lever to set the time. It has openface design with the original white dial (showing some age) features large bold Arabic numerals, a black minute track with red marking every 10 minutes, and matching blue steel hands. The sub-second dial is positioned at 6 o'clock, and the dial is signed with Hamilton Watch Co. at the top. Cased in a 55.6mm round case with intricate engraved decorations on the case, oresilver - nickel alloy. This Hamilton wristwatch is still in good condition.
