It is round case and very nice lugs design, all in 10K yellow gold filled. It still has the original dial with gold Arabic Numerals and hour marks, central minute marks and matching hands. The dial is signed "Precision Auto-Wind".This watch is coming with a vintage brown "Ostrich Leather" strap. After +70 years, this watch is still in good condition.
