Lilly Pulitzer "Mane Event" Dress, 12

Black and white drop waist dress with ruffle placket on chest. There is supposed to be a belt with this dress but it came without one. Because of the print of the dress, the belt loops are less noticeable. It is lined, and has a black mark on the lining at the back. There is tulle around the bottom of the lining (see the last picture) which is a cute detail.
