This is a pretty top in excellent used condition. Bell sleeves and buttons on one side. This is a tight 8 though (it fits more like a size 4 or 6). Despite the 38 chest, the shoulders are on the narrow side and can be hard to put on and off because there is no give to the fabric. But....it's darling.
