Seed Count: Approx. 200 seeds Days to Maturity: Annual Description: Luminosa Zinnia is loved for its beautiful shades of deep pink.  These large, 4-5" wide, dahlia-like flowers will brighten any garden, and bring all the bees and butterflies to the yard.  It produces a mix of luscious, single, semi-double, and double blooms, with loads of petals.  Luminosa Zinnia is an easy, fast growing, long blooming variety that is absolutely stunning, and is perfect to add to a cut flower garden.  In fact, it pairs beautifully with Polar Bear Zinnias for a striking contrast.   How To Grow Sowing:  Direct sow this seed in warm soil. Plant just below the surface and keep the soil lightly moist until germination, which usually occurs within 7-10 days. Seedlings do not transplant well so use peat pots or pellets if transplanting. Growing:  Water seedlings regularly until they become established; mature plants can handle some drought. This plant grows best in rich soil, and may need light fertilization
