Peach Cayenne Hot Sauce

Inspired by Colorado Palisade Peaches. A summer spent at the farmers market across from a stand filled with incredibly juicy local peaches got us thinking, wouldn’t it be great to make a tart and sweet peach sauce?  Medium heat. Cayenne gives a spicy kick, but nothing above the average person’s tolerance.  Tart & tangy. Made with apple cider vinegar and white vinegar, this tangy sauce pairs perfectly with fried foods, fatty and creamy things, or anything off the grill.
