Sweet dreams is a calming blend that creates a restful environment at bedtime. The sweet and calming aroma of lavender, roman chamomile and vetiver will help relax your mind and body. Ingredients: organic fractioned coconut oil (cocos nucifera), lavender essential oil (lavandula angustifolia), vetiver essential oil (Vetiveria zizanioides),cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana),  frankincense essential oil (boswellia), roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis). Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice to promote a restful sleep. Diffuse at night to calm a restless baby or child. Add two to three drops into a warm bath with Epsom salt to create a relaxing and renewing experience. Topical use: apply to pulse points, inhale directly from hands and take deep breaths.
