We Taste: Bakers Chocolate, Wafer, Peanut Butter.  We source the Thundercat blend coffees from Brazil and Papua New Guinea. The goal for this blend is to pair the nutty, round body coffee from brazil with the sweet and complex Papua New Guinea coffee. With this combination of coffees, and a more developed roast profile, we create a coffee that mixes well with milk based and espresso beverages.
