This is a pot and column distilled blend of rum from FSD in St. Philip, Barbados. Tasting Notes: The nose is rich molasses from the start. Light maple, deep waves of dark fruit underneath, and perfectly touched with smokey brown sugar.   Anise pops right away, like a beautiful marinaded jerk chicken. Holiday spices, thick port, and heavily charred vanilla bean. The finish is long, creamy, and trailing with dark fruit and molasses.
