Our Mounting Plate - Slide-On Independent Cam Action Vertical Adjustment is for use with a concealed (Euro-style) slide-on hinge. The mounting plate is screwed into the side panel of the cabinet, and then the hinge fastens to the plate attaching the hinge to the cabinet door. The plate is a normal screw on type with pre-inserted Euro screws and has a nickel plated finish.
