Our buffered Vitamin C Crystals are a non-acidic form of powdered Vitamin C and are gentler on the stomach and teeth than non-buffered Vitamin C. Contains 1,000mg of Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) and 110mg of Calcium (as calcium ascorbate) Contains no sugar, salt, dairy, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. Suggested Use:  As a dietary supplement, adults take 1/4 teaspoon in 8 oz of water or juice daily, or as directed by a health care professional.
