Tide Alerts – Reference Site Agreement (Complimentary Subscription) By subscribing to Tide Alerts with a 100% discount, you agree to the following: Reference Site Role – You agree to have your tide station location listed publicly as a Tide Alerts reference site and to be quoted by name on the Tide Alerts website and in related marketing materials. Station Operation – You will install, operate, and maintain the provided tide station at your marina in accordance with the instructions supplied. Data Sharing – You consent to Tide Alerts publishing the live and historical data from your station on the Tide Alerts application and related services. Term of Use – The complimentary subscription continues while you remain an active reference site. If you end your participation, the complimentary subscription may be withdrawn.
