This is a weather-resistant companion device that works with USAutomatic Sentry 300 gate openers equipped with the latest UL 325 obstruction sensing devices. The Nexx Gate App allows up to eleven users to securely open, close, and monitor their gate from anywhere in the world. The NEW Sentry "Blue" circuit board (500022 / 500028) with the DB9 Port is required for full functionality from the mobile App. If installed on older units the gate position status will Not be available. A monitored safety device (550011) is required for this board to function, and highly recommended for monitored safety when utilizing this type of 'remote access' device.   DISCLAIMER: IF SOLAR CHARGED SYSTEM THE CHARGING DEVICE MAY NEED TO BE UPGRADED TO ACCOMMODATE A 20 WATT SOLAR PANEL.
