How it works: The first year from the time of your order date is free. Protected Gold™ is a optional warranty that covers your jewelry purchased through our website. Each order comes with this warranty for up to one year and it may be extended by purchasing one of the option listed here. No repair fees. No questions asked. In the event that any breakage should occur in the gold due to any reason, the piece will be repaired or replaced with the exact same design at no cost to you. This warranty includes side gemstone or diamond replacements up to 2 millimeters. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft. In the rare event a center diamond or center gemstone is broken due to negligence we will offer a fair price to have it replaced. Items previously repaired, resized, or polished by someone other than Sermez Inc are not covered by this warranty. Gemstone changes from the original order are not permitted.
