Submit Repair
How it works: To initiate a repair for your (art)ifact please get in touch with us prior to placing your order. It's important to note that if your item has undergone any alterations or modifications outside of our studio, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to accept it for repair. Please email orders@sermez.com with your order number associated with the item in the subject line after purchasing this product so we may validate that you had purchased the item from our store. If you are an international customer please contact us for international repair instructions. Repairs can take any time between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the job. Once the purchase is complete we will contact you within 5 business days to start the repair process with return instructions. Kindly note if you do not select the needed repairs for your piece we will invoice you once your piece is received. We do not accept unreasonable repairs. Example: Having your ring accidentally crushe
