AFGHAN BLUE KAFTAN DRESS
Fine Ajrakh cotton that is hand-block printed in natural dyes accents this delightful dress. The flowy frock is upcycled with added gussets under the arms, also in the printed Ajrakh. The vintage Afghan needlepoint embroidery on the yoke and cuffs is the outstanding feature, and pairs beautifully with the soft silky rayon chambray fabric. Two side pockets add the practical aspect of most our SERRAHNA pieces. Shown at San Francisco Fashion Week with our Marlene hat, Fleur Von Tigress boots, and hand-dyed shawl. One of a kind in size Medium with a 45" chest. The model is a size 2 - look how the dress drapes beautifully on smaller as well as larger figures! Photography by Madhu Manna. An extra special feel-good purchase! This garment is made lovingly from upcycled textiles. Thank you for helping Mother Earth stay healthy and beautiful. The SERRAHNA original design keeps discarded materials out of the land fill, and into your heart and on your body for a win-win!
