Evergreen Clematis is a showy evergreen climbing perennial vine with a cascading habit and long drooping dark green foliage.  The star shaped white flower clusters have a sweet vanilla fragrance and blooms on old wood in late winter into spring.  Prefers full sun and cool roots with moist, well-drained soil.
