The First Responder Whiskey Society is offering personalized commemorative whiskey bottles for graduates of the Supervisory Leadership Institute. Fill out the form to create your bottle today!  Please Enter your Department and SLI Class # in the "CUSTOM TEXT FOR ENGRAVING" field.  ------ Please allow 3 weeks for orders to be fulfilled.  We appreciate your patience, as the bottles are all handmade! A 21+ or older adult must provide a signature at the time of delivery. UPS will attempt delivery three times. If no one is there to sign for the bottle at delivery, UPS will return it to the store. If you want us to send it back to you, we will charge a $25 reshipment fee.
