The KPC5 model is a double layer, Kevlar constructed Pitot cover that has a built-in extension rod for use on those hard-to-reach Pitot probes. The KPC5 allows for installation without a ladder and can be coupled with the Sesame lanyard system. The KPC5 is a non-melting cover, and it has Sesame's proprietary waterproofing lamina installed. The lamina acts as a one-way gate for water and moisture; allowing condensation or moisture to escape but will not allow water to enter the cover from the outside.
