Seven Four UnionUSA LUGE | Horizon Logo Trucker Where tradition meets motion. The Horizon Logo Hat is a handcrafted tribute to the speed, precision, and pride of the USA Luge Team. Built on a retro 6-panel trucker silhouette, it features a medium-profile crown, structured front, slightly curved bill, and adjustable snap-back — a timeless fit with next-level detail. Front and center: a two-layer leather patch made from 5 oz and 3 oz vegetable-tanned leather. The top layer is etched with the USA Luge Horizon Logo and hand-finished in metallic silver, accented with rich black for contrast. Beneath it, a vibrant burst of red, white, and blue stars and stripes adds movement and depth to the design. Each hat is individually hand-dyed, clear-coated, sewn, and printed using a proprietary oil-and-acrylic dyeing process. The final touch?
