Made with Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour. You will never guess this scone is gluten-free. A great fall scone, this scone is flavored with sweet potato puree and cardamom and then topped with cinnamon sparkling sugar. Tender and flaky, it's a great accompaniment with soup or on its own.
