House-Milled Whole Wheat Flour

Our house milled flour is made from a hard spring red wheat variety called Glenn that we get from our friends at Maine Grains in Maine. We mill the wheat berries using a traditional granite stone mill and we do not sift our milled flour which leaves the whole grain in the flour. Retaining the whole grain results in a more flavorful flour, with more fiber and is more nutrient dense when compared to flour milled in conventional mills.
