Our Basic Leotard is perfect for active girls involved in dance and gymnastics. This simple unlined leotard has a moderate scoop back for easy on and off, and ample bum coverage. It has an elastic neckline and leg openings to help get a great fit. The Basic Leotard has your choice of either short or long sleeves.Two fabric types are available for our Basic Leotard - Cotton Spandex (Lycra) and Double Brushed Polyester Spandex (DBPS). Cotton Spandex is a little thicker than our DBPS, but has the great breathability of cotton. DBPS is super soft and stretchy, however is made from polyester, so may not be an ideal choice for those children who frequently run "hot".HOW TO MEASURELeotard sizing for length is highly dependent on a child's torso length, not overall height. We require both the chest and vertical trunk measurements for this item in order to have the best fit possible.
