Rosie Top and Dress

Rosie is a top and dress pattern for any occasion. Featuring beautiful scalloped hem and a fun and sweet look or opt for the basic hems for an everyday look. Choose between a shirt, mini dress, or layered dress. The layered dress features a high-low babydoll bodice with a  scalloped or simple band and a gathered skirt. The pattern also includes a short and long sleeve, two neck lines (crew and scoop) with a scalloped option for the crew neck. *Cut chart for layered dress skirt included to save on paper for printed patterns- no skirt pattern piece is included in the print files! This pattern is drafted for knit fabrics with at least 30% 4-way stretch.
