This beautiful pave heart lariat necklace is available in 14k white, yellow, and rose gold. The necklace features a pave heart on top with a total diamond weight of 0.14 carats, with plain gold heart drops on the lariat. *The chain is 16" with additional jump rings at 17" and 18".
