Our first set of custom steak knives for 2021 have each been forged individually showcasing a unique finish. The set includes: (6) Steak knives: 5 1/8” blades, 9 3/4” OAL  (1) Santoku style kitchen knife: 8 1/4” blade, 13 1/4” OAL Storage/display rack: Elm with live edges Set Forged from 5160 DESCRIPTION: As the title suggests these are original SH9 for blade geometry come together. Each piece is unique and reflects our idiosyncratic view of the tradecraft. NO DIMENSIONAL THICKNESS ON THE FORGED line, but they all carry the signature SH9 heavy-blade style.
