Aqua with White Dots Medium Sahara Woven Laundry Hamper Basket

This beautiful medium aqua with white dots Sahara laundry hamper is handcrafted by a network of more than 100 rural Wolof women in Senegal, West Africa. Dimensions: Highly durable, it is approximately 14.5 inches in diameter x 17 inches high with the lid. Features: The basket features a flat lid with braided pull handle, cut-out carrying handles, and dot pattern. Materials: Woven from a local grass called typha (cattails) and strips of plastic. The plastic strips are from recycled old prayer mats or purchased new from a mat factory in Dakar. Artisan Crafted: Since every piece is handmade, the basket you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured. An informational hang tag is attached for gift giving.
