Greyhound Jewelry Wax Seal Silver Ring - this wax seal depicts a French coat of arms with a seated majestic Greyhound atop a shield that depicts a Greyhound in full stride. The Greyhound is said to denote majesty, courage, vigilance, swiftness and loyalty, and they were emblematic of nobility. The shield has three trefoils pictured on it which represent infinity and eternity, forever and always. I created the ring band to include vintage lines of prose from an old letter running across it, a perfect compliment to the seal that adds charm and character. You may also select a PLAIN BAND at checkout. The wax seal atop this ring looks rustic and old with cracks and charm, reminiscent of an old wax seal that would have been used long ago. It's hand cast using the original antique French Wax Seal from the early 1800's. The ending result is a beautiful original piece of jewelry with meaning and history.
