We helped her adjust her methods, tend to enriching the soils, create run-off solutions, and now, after five years, we "splurged' and purchased a small quantity of her beans, while 100% of what she now produces is pre-sold to major high end importers around the world! Farmers such as Tsigue are spearheading the way for quality focused Ethiopian farmers to produce and sell their coffees directly to international markets.
