Big, rich palate that's creme brulee and candied oranges, a hint of apple butter and a pop of oak. Long finish, spicy first and then shifts back to brown sugar, candied oranges, rich oak and a crackle of pepper. Really stoked about the future of their bourbon program because this is delightful, and for sixty two bucks. Dang.
