This was painted on a beautiful shimmering summer day. The light changed constantly so it was quite a challenge. When I paint outside on location, my senses become heightened - sights, sounds, scents. Even sunlight takes on a more palpable dimension. 5 inches x 7 inches Acrylic on panel, float mounted in a rustic wood frame.
