This Japanese Sencha Akaike is made from leaves grown under sunlight and steamed instead of pan-fired, resulting in flat, shiny leaves with earthy notes. Sencha is a true tea drinker’s tea and must be steeped to perfection. Size: 3 ounce of loose tea leaves. Makes up to 28 cups (6 fl. oz.) of tea.
