Oxidized Sterling Silver Earrings – Handmade Oval Mesh Dangle, Matte Black Design

These 925 sterling silver dangle earrings are handmade by me in the Pacific Northwest of North America. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Light shimmers through the holes as you move. They have been oxidized, or tarnished heavily, also called a patina. They are a matte, flat black, or dark charcoal grey that does not irritate the skin. If you can wear sterling silver, you can wear these oxidized sterling silver earrings. I punch the holes one at a time, which work hardens the silver and makes for a lightweight and very strong design. Because my jewelry is made using hand fabrication techniques, it has lightness, durability and detail unachievable via mass production. I strive to run an environmentally sustainable business.
