  Bamboo is one of the strongest natural bow baking materials. Bamboo is really easy to use as a bow backing and provides one of (if not the strongest) natural bow backings.  Pro Tips: Flatten the bamboo on a belt sander and you are ready to glue. Glue recommendations: Use EA-40, Or any wood glue, I have even used CA glue with great results. Don't stress too much on the glue! More important than the glue, Make sure both pieces of wood you are laminating together mate perfectly, this is the big win and will make you a great bow!
