91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot Intense aromas of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and black cherry mingle with hints of cedar, vanilla, and a touch of sweet tobacco. A medium-bodied expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing rich dark fruit flavors. The palate unfolds with layers of blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate, accented by well- integrated oak notes. Structured tannins provide an elegant framework, leading to a lingering finish that combines fruit and subtle spice. Sourced from two vineyards in California’s North Coast, grapes (40% from Mendocino County and 60% for Lake County) were harvested in the cool early morning hours and were carefully sorted before undergoing a gentle destemming process. The fruit then underwent a cold soak to extract maximum color and flavor. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks.
