100% Aligoté Rémi Jobard's electric Aligoté shows aromas of fresh orchard fruits, Meyer lemon, and white flowers. The palate is lifted, juicy, and refreshing, with added notes of key lime, tangy orange zest, apricot, and crushed rock. This is an incredibly elegant and versatilewhite that pairs well with all types of lighter fare. Certified organic, Rémi Jobard's Aligoté is a blend of 80% Pierreclos (Mâconnais), 20% Puligny-Montrachet, from 40+ year old vines. The wine is fermented and aged in 50% stainless steel, 30% large older barrel, 20% older barrel. It finishes in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling.
