Shawn named the peacoat after the famous Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco California. The Peacoat has military origins and was originally designed for sailors in the 19th century Royal Navy in a bid to dress them up for official presentations. This Peacoat smartly establishes the structured and masculine military aesthetic with a much lighter feel and drape. Worn often with a sweater and jeans or chinos, this coat is identifiable not only for its stylistic worth but also for its practicality.
