In this 2-hour online video recorded workshop, we will get quiet, listen, move and create in response to questions that we are holding.  On this Sunday between the holidays, give yourself the time, space and expression for your own sake. Doing so in a group provides more ease, understanding, humor and realization of common humanity. Sharing will be done in very small groups. No artistic experience necessary.
