This Periodic Table of the Elements shelf is designed to hold 33mm acrylic cubes representing or containing each of the elements on the periodic table (minus the radioactive elements). They shelf measures about 29"x10" for the top piece and 22"x4" for the bottom piece and is made of 2 layers of top shelf quality walnut plywood or stained Maple plywood. Finished with a light sheen of tung oil that makes the natural beauty of the wood come alive. Stained Maple is shown in the last 3 pictures in Red Chestnut. Other colors available. Each square cutout is 34mm square and about 30mm deep. This is a solid, heavy feeling shelf. It would make a great gift for a chemistry teacher or enthusiast. A posh addition to a scientific display.
