The 48 hour Digital Controller features 2 time, 2 temperature controls to simplify the drying process. Temperature can be set from 95 degrees F to 165 degrees F. After loading food onto the trays, set the dehydrator at a higher temperature for a specified period of time for the initial dehydration process; and then set the dehydrator at a lower temperature for a specified period of time for longer cooking.
