It is a rich dark brown to purplish-black color and is usually straight grained. Black walnut is a hardwood and is native to North America. The high-quality epoxy resin used to produce our one-of-a-kind boards contain no VOC’s or BPA’s and are food safe. The boards contain no paint, stains or colorants.
